President Muhammadu Buhari has sworn-in the new Head of Civil Service, Dr Folashade Yemi-Esan.
Irohinoodua gathered that she was swore in at about 11:07 am at the Executive Council Chamber of the State House.
This come just before the commencement of the weekly Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting.
