Sources told Irohinoodua that since the report of Magu’s arrests several international development partners have bombarded the DSS with enquiries indicating their deep concern about the development
“Service, has since, today, 6th July, 2020, been inundated with enquiries over the alleged arrest” the statement signed by

Earlier there were reports that Magu was arrested by te DSS on account of corruption charges.
The DSS has received enquiries from local and international interests who appear worried that such an arrest may undermine the whole anti-corruption efforts of the Federal Government apart from creating an extremely bad precedence in the country’s anti-corruption campaign.
