UCH breaks record, delivers triplets through IVF

Medical officials at the University of Ibadan, UCH have set another record.
Today, a team of medical experts delivered the college’s first triplets through IVF
The whole event took some 46 minutes
Sources told Irohinoodua that the babies, all female weighed 1.4kg, 2.5kg and 2.4kg
Dr. Kehinde Osiki of the Department of History and Strategic Studies, University of Lagos is the lucky father.
He was a witness to the historic feat.
Excited father he was happy her daughters were the first triplets to be delivered at the prestigious medical college through IVF
The mother of the triplets is a staff of the Forestry Research Institute of Nigeria (FRIN), Ibadan.
Professor Jesse Abiodun Otegbayo,
the Chief Medical Director of the University College Hospital led the team.
He said the milestone achieved was through to team work and expertise of the medical team
