Tinubu, Atiku, Obi get final judgment tomorrow Thursday

Whether President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will retain his seat or vacate same as the President of Nigeria will be known tomorrow

In a surprise notice on Wednesday, the Supreme Court said it will tomorrow Thursday deliver the final judgment in the Presidential Election Tribunal tomorrow, Thursday.

President Tinubu won the Presidential election held on February 25 but the Peoples Democratic Party, (PDP) and Labour Party, (LP) candidates, Atiku Abubakar and Peter Obi dispute the claims.

Tinubu won overwhelmingly at the Appeal Court. Tomorrow’s verdict will be final.

Atiku and Obi are praying the court to set aside the results of the February 25 Presidential election.

The Supreme Court’s Director of Information, Dr. Festus Akande, in a telephone call on Wednesday said that the judgment of the Supreme Court will be delivered tomorrow.

Akande “Tomorrow, Thursday, has been fixed for the judgment on the appeals brought by Atiku and Peter Obi.”
