Mohbad’s picture hits New York City Times Square

A billboard of soliadrity for late Mohbad has emerged in New York city.

Iretioluwa Aloba, a budding musician died in mysterious circumstances few days ago.

His death has been linked with a mix of mass mourning, suspicion and even superstition.

The police in Lagos exhumed his body on Thursday for autopsy.

The billboard read, “Will be remembered forever Mohbad. Legend are never forgotten. R.I.P.”

He is one of other Nigerian artistes whose fame has continued to create ripples in the United States.

Other Nigerian artistes whose billboards have appeared in New York Times Square are Burna Boy, Wizkid, Tiwa Savage and Davido.

Getting the Times Square Billboard can be as much as between $5000 to $50,000

Google is the first company hire the world’s largest and costliest digital billboard in Times Square, New York.
It is eight storeys high and is estimated to cost $2.5m (£1.6m) to hire for four weeks.
