Right Activist, Innocent Chukwuma is dead

Iconic human rights activist, Innocent Chukwuma has died.
In died on April 3 after a brief illness.
Irohinoodua heard that the former Coordinator, Ford Foundation West African Regional Secretary was dignosed for Acute Myeloid Leukaemia.

He later joined the Civil Liberties Organisation, (CLO) where he pioneered the police reform project in ways that shot the CLO into global reckoning.
Chukwuma was a member of the Campaign for Democracy, CD that led the campaign against military rule.
He was also involved in the Democratic Alternative, (DA) led by the late Chima Ubani
Chukwuma is survived by his wife and children. He will missed by the human rights family.
