Newsbreak: Oodua Republic Agitatora invade Ibadan FG owned Radio Station

Ahead of the inauguration of the President Elect Bola Ahmed Tinubu, a group of O’odua Republic agitators have invaded a Fededal Government Radio station in Ibadan, hijacking the Radio.

Sources in Ibadan told Irohinoodua that the invaders stormed the Radio Station owned by the Federal Government with a recorded message declaring Oodua Republic

An official of the station who spoke on condition of anonymity told Irohinoodua that they took over the strategic equipment while the workers were held hostage.

“They came and took over the station. They wore charms. We don’t know if they were armed. They were led by a middle aged man” the man said

The Radio Station Amuludun 99.1FM is owned by the Fedeal Government.

” We were shocked. They came around 6am in the morning. They took over the station. Their leader said the invasion was just the beginning. He said they group would shake Nigeria until it is divided” a worker at the station told our correspondence

The General Manager of the Station, Mr Stephen Agbaje also confirmed the invasion

He said police operatives have made arrests.

A police official told our correspondent that three people have been arrested
