The Commissioner is the State’s former commissioner for Youths and Sports during the first term of Dr Fayemi.

“Folorunso is a friend of the masses. He has always been fighting for a progressive change in Nigeria that would benefit the poor masses. In his community he is recognised as a rallying point for young and old people. He is a very affectionate leader who can give his life for others to live. He does not involve in dirty deals. He is honest and upright. We can’t just understand how and why he was kidnapped. This is very painful” Emmanuel Adeniyi, a member of CDin Ekiti told our correspondent. He said it looks like a case of kidnapping for random by “some alien interests.”
He said from the operations he heard about the kidnappers, he suspected they were an extension of the non-Yoruba criminal gangs that have tormenting the entire Yoruba States in the past six years
Sources told Irohinoodua that the police have launched a manhunt for the kidnappers.
