Gunmen attack Ondo Town, kill six

Armed men today on Thursday attacked two communities of Igba and Sabi in Ondo State
Eye witnesses said the armed men came on motorcycles shooting sporadically.
They were said to have killed a commercial bus driver apart from four others.
“They came into the community fully armed. They shot into the midst of the crowd. Six people lay dead” a motorcyclist in the town told Irohinoodua.

The killing is coming days after gunmen stormed St Francis Catholic Church in Owo where they attacked worshipers.
On Thursday the death toll peaked at 40 including women and children
