Why we establish Arewa Army for proposed Arewa Country
By D. T Danjuma
SSA to the Supreme Leader
Since the publication for recruitment into the Arewa Liberation Army, we have been receiving enquiries from the hundreds of applicants who have shown interest in the quest of Liberation of Arewa from Nigerian Imperialism.
We also received enquiries from different traditional rulers and other stakeholders on what we aim to achieve with the Arewa Liberation Army.
To set the record straight, we at the Arewa Liberation Movement believe in following peaceful and democratic means in actualising our dream of a Sovereign State of Arewa in accordance with our
inaliable rights to self determination as guarantted by Article 1 of the UN Charter (1934), Article 1 of UDHR Charter (1948), Article 1 of ICCPR (1966) and Article 1 of ICESCR (1966).
This is to assure our traditional rulers and our foreign allies that the Arewa Liberation Army is a peaceful, non weapon-carrying “army” saddled with the responsibility of local advocacy for the mission. The 367 divisions of the Arewa Liberation Army to be established will go from community to community, village-to-village, house-by-house across all the nooks and crannies of Arewa to educate the people on the deliberate marginalisation, discrimination, impoverishment, oppression and tyranny of the Nigerian State against Arewa and it’s citizens. The ALA shall also educate the populace on the social, economic and technological prosperity that will come by the liberation of Arewa from the shackles of Nigeria.
We at the Arewa Republic movement believe in diplomacy and a peaceful referendum (to be supervised by the UN, AU, EU, UK, US, BRICS) as a gateway to our freedom. In the course of our advocacy, we will never do something that will jeopardise the security of Arewa Republic.
The ARM is being led by experienced strategists, technorats and internationally reknown legal advocates. We shall never allow a loophole that will be utilised by enemies of Arewa to destabilise our blessed homeland. We are open to international support of whatever type except in the field of military. We will forever be a peaceful movement.
We appreciate our traditional rulers for reaching out. We will always be open in clarifying your concerns. We look forward to working with you in the liberation of Arewa.
