The Ekiti born World Boxing Champion hopeful Adeleye David retained his unbeaten status on Friday defeating the 25year old Elvis Garcia in second round.
Adeleye again stunned the international audience when he brushed aside scepticism to knock down an opponent recorded in his own right as heroic.
The duel took place in London last Friday November 11.
Adeleye won in the 2nd round of the fight which was scheduled for over 6 rounds in the Heavyweight division.
Statistics shows that David Adeleye had not lost or drew in his bitter encounters.
His charm, discipline and swiftness was said to have drawn the charm of World champions like Mike Tyson and Anthony Joshua.
He had a record of undefeated 9 wins before stepping into the ring Friday at Bethany Green, UK against Garcia.
In the past, Adeley had beaten Chris Healey on 23rd of April 2022 by technical knockout.
He had also won against some of the best fighters in the world, the likes of Dominik Musil and Kamil Sokolowski at York Hall, United Kingdom.
Activity check shows that his last 5 matches came over a period of one year, 11months and 15 days which means he has been fighting on the average every four months and 22 days.
He fought a total of 17 rounds which had lasted 3.4 rounds on average.
Observers are beginning to tip Adeleye as the Heavy Weight Champion in the nearest future.
